Getting set up for a weld has never been faster with our preset synergic programs. Simply select your wire type, wire size, gas type and material thickness, and the machine does the rest. It'll pick the optimal settings for your weld.

Digital Display MIG Torch
Adjust your weld settings directly from the torch with instant visual feedback. The built in display shows your amperage, voltage and arc length in real time, so you can fine tune your weld without looking away from the workpiece. This keeps full control in your hand and makes on the fly adjustments fast and precise.

4 Geared Wire Feed System
Built for stability and control. The four geared mechanism increases drive force and keeps wire delivery steady, even when you are using extended torch lengths.

Spool Gun Ready
This machine is Spool Gun ready, so you have the option of attaching a Spool Gun to run softer core wires such as Aluminium MIG wire. The advantage of the Spool Gun is that you do not need to change the setup of your existing torch or drive roller. The spool gun lets you quickly switch over to get the job done with no downtime. Push-Pull Ready
Push-Pull Guns provide the smoothest wire speed, especially when MIG welding Aluminium. The ‘Pull’ motor in the torch allows the wire to be fed over a much longer distance, giving you more flexibility to move and manoeuvre whilst MIG welding. (Push-Pull Gun Sold Separately)

Advanced MMA Features
Advanced MMA features are designed for improving weld quality and ease of use.
Arc Force The Arc Force feature helps to keep the arc stabilised throughout the weld, by increasing or decreasing the peak current to compensate for your arc length, preventing the arc from cutting out or the electrode from sticking.
Anti Stick The Anti Stick feature, which is always on, prevents your electrode from sticking to your workpiece. When the machine detects sticking, the current will drop significantly, so the electrode can be removed.

Large Wire Spool Capacity
Fits both D200 and D300 wire spools, so you can put 15kg mild steel or 7kg aluminium spools in the machine.

Job Memory
The job memory function allows you to enter and store weld parameter settings. Weld parameters can be further adjusted and stored as required. A total of 10 jobs can be memorised and stored for recall.

Generator Compatible
Take it anywhere. Connect the machine to a generator and use it wherever, whenever you need it. We recommend 20kVA for this machine.
