Overview
The Isitan MRM-S 2550x190 3 Roll Initial Pinch Plate Rolling machines have a heavy duty, steel welded frame construction for superior rigidity and are used for applications up to a maximum material thickness of 6mm mild steel.
The asymmetric design provides pre-bending capability on the machine and the swing out top roll allows for removal of complete cylindrical components.
Other models ranging up to 3050mm working length are available.

- Induction hardened rolls suitable for stainless steel
- Steel welded main frame
- Conical bending device
- Digital readout display for rear roll position
- Motorised up & down on rear roll
- Manual pinching of bottom roll
- Manual handwheel adjustment of the pre-bending roll
- Swing out top roll for removal of complete cylinders
