Ultimate TIG Welding
Weld every kind of metal. With the ability to run on an Alternating Current (AC) you’re able to weld aluminium as effortlessly as mild and stainless steels on a Direct Current (DC).

Multiple AC Waveforms
Completely customise your aluminium welds. Switch between Sine, Square, and Triangle waves to change the arc characteristics, bead profile, and penetration to suit your weld.
Sine: The slow, smooth transition between positive and negative provides a consistent weld and good wetting in the toes.
Square: The rapid transitions between positive and negative provide a stable arc, deep penetration, faster travel speeds, and a fast-freezing puddle.
Triangle: The fast transitions between positive and negative and minimal heat input make it optimal for maintaining weld quality on thin or delicate materials.

Mixed AC/DC
Experience the best of both worlds. Mixed AC/DC combines the efficiency of AC and the penetration of DC- TIG in one weld. With it, you get faster welding speeds, better penetration, a faster weld puddle on cold workpieces, and you can weld on thicker materials.

Advanced MMA Features
Advanced MMA features are designed for improving weld quality and ease of use.
Arc Forc: The Arc Force feature helps to keep the arc stabilised throughout the weld, by increasing or decreasing the peak current to compensate for your arc length, preventing the arc from cutting out or the electrode from sticking.
Anti-Stick: The Anti Stick feature, which is always on, prevents your electrode from sticking to your workpiece. When the machine detects sticking, the current will drop significantly, so the electrode can be removed.
Hot Start: The adjustable hot start is designed to help with striking an arc. The hot start temporarily boosts the output current at the start, making striking an arc, even with difficult electrodes, much easier. You get smoother arc starts, improving the quality of your weld.

Additional Features
High-Frequency TIG: Maximise your results from start to finish. A high-frequency torch can start an arc without contacting the workpiece, reducing the risk of contaminating the tungsten or the weld. It also means you get access to the entire TIG weld cycle, including pre- and post-gas and up and down slope parameters.
Lift Arc Start TIG: Lift Arc ignition allows the arc to be started easily in DC TIG by simply touching the tungsten to the workpiece and lifting it up to start the arc. This stops the tungsten tip sticking to the workpiece and breaking the tip from the tungsten electrode.
Water Cooler Compatible: Get greater performance on every weld. Connect the water cooler unit to remove excessive heat, extending the weld time and the life of your consumables. When combined with the T3W Water-Cooled TIG Torch, which uses Bi-Flow™ Technology, you get greater performance from the TIG torch.
Job Memory: The job memory function allows you to enter and store weld parameter settings. Weld parameters can be further adjusted and stored as required. A total of 40 jobs can be memorised and stored for recall.
Generator Compatible: Take it anywhere. Connect the machine to a generator and use it wherever, whenever you need it. We recommend a 20kVA for this machine.
