Variable Speed – Efficient operation with reduced running costs
Lower Sound levels – Run between 60-63dba which is inline with current silenced units
High Duty Cycle – Units can be run for extended periods whilst still maintaining FAD
Cleaner Air delivery – Less oil and contaminates produced in air compared to piston units
Oil circulation function – Allows Screw compressor to be run at reduced loads – Unlike standard Screw compressors where they need to be under load and keep temp in oil (otherwise oil is quickly contaminated with water - causing possible damage or increased servicing)
Oil is circulated to maintain heat – Once it reaches temp it opens solenoid and runs through cooler
Ease Of Servicing - Customer can purchase maintenance packs and they include maintenance instruction online
Conventional Screw requires regular servicing by technician that can be expensive
