The fully enclosed, Class 1 safety design with laser protective glass and laser light curtains ensures maximum operator safety while integrated dust and fume extraction points help maintain a safer, cleaner workspace.
Mortise and tenon type plate welded segmented bed, delivering exceptional structural strength and stability for high-precision cutting. Combined with anti-burning mineral casting materials, this design extends service life and significantly reduces maintenance costs

Features

Visual collision avoidance - Our intelligent visual collision avoidance technology is able to detect motions and signal warnings to prevent possible collisions. You can select either high or low sensitivity modes to ensure operator's safety, no longer worrying about safety issues
Active obstacle avoidance system - BodorGenius, Bodor’s intelligent laser head, uses sensors and algorithms to detect potential obstacles like tilting parts and automatically avoids a potential collision. It largely ensures the stability as well as operating efficiency in the cutting process.
Anti-burning mineral casting - Bodor's newly developed anti-burning casting material provides numerous advantages in slag removal, operations, and modular design. When in use, material residue automatically separates from the anti-burning plate, largely lowering maintenance costs and offering better durability. Its lightweight structure as well makes it easy to replace.
Lightning piercing - The technology offers rapid, precise piercing with reduced time. It features monitored processes for efficiency, automatic focus adjustment for seamless piercing, and integration with Bodor Genius. This enables quick piercing in sync with the cutting head's movement, optimizing operations for medium-thick plates without additional time or motion.
Intelligent remnant layout - To achieve maximum material utilization, all you need to do is uploading pictures of the remnant to the control system with your mobile phone. C series is able to automatically finish positioning as well as nesting. The higher the percentage of utilization, the more economical the process. Enjoy the benefits of significantly increased cost savings.
Auto Focus - Applicable to various focal lengths, which are controlled by machine tool control system. Focal point will be automatically adjusted in cutting process to achieve the best cutting effect of different thicknesses sheets metal.
Nesting software - Auto nest up to 50 individual parts, ensuring maximum efficiency and less waste.
