Overview

The Sunrise Punch & Shears are manufactured in Taiwan and the IW-60B is specially designed to include a 300mm wide multi-vee bending station.

The compact model features vertical movement on all stations providing optimum results for punching, shearing, notching and bending.

Sold for over 25 years in the Australian market SUNRISE Punch & Shears are well recognised for offering high power, quality, and reliability due to their unique design & engineering excellence.

Sunrise is ISO-9001 certified by BVQI, and all models meet CE safety requirements and regulations.

Features

Five workstations for Punching, Bending, Plate Shearing, Angle Iron Shearing and Bar Shearing applications and are guarded providing maximum operator safety.
Two-pedal operation enabling operator to safely switch between Punching, Shearing or Bending workstation
Vertical movement on all stations and entire main slide moves in an up and down motion to provide optimum results for punching, shearing and bending without other moving parts.
Low pressure Jog function at all five workstations to allow the machine to be stopped at any position for safe and accurate tool setting and work positioning
Frame of machine is of a Monoblock construction that integrates both bolts and welding reinforcement to provide maximum frame structure rigidity.
Fast stroke speed with adjustable stroke length at all stations to improve efficiency

PUNCHING STATION
Punching capacity up to 40mm standard
Quick change retaining nut system for fast punch tooling change
Punch table includes stops & guides, and the removable front section allows for ease of punching angle iron
Multi-purpose bolster including a removable section for channel and beam flange punching
Adjustable stripper with interchangeable plates of various openings to minimise deformation

BENDING STATION
Multi Vee Die Block – 300 x 60 x 60mm with 10, 15, 20 & 30mm Vee openings
85° Top Punch 85mm high x 300mm long with 3mm nose radius
Stroke adjustment for accurate and repetitive bending
Support table includes stops & guides for accurate material positioning

SHEARING STATION
Auto touch and cut 1000mm length stop fitted on shearing station for greater efficiency in repetitious work.
Each workstation equipped with specially designed hold-downs to ensure safety while providing precision and ease of use.
Angle shearing at 90° and 45°
Bar shearing for cutting solid round and square material
Support tables fitted with guides for accurate positioning

Pre-Commissioning:
1. Punch & Shear is run & tested prior delivery
2. Hydraulic oil is included with machine

3 x Punch Sleeves: 30, 31 & 40mm

2 x Die Sleeves: 60 to 45mm & 60 to 46mm
