You’ll gain hands-on experience in measuring and marking, using a bandsaw, drilling and tapping, deburring, bending flat bar using a bar bender and other methods, and MIG welding the components together. Tools You'll Need To follow along, you'll need a tape measure, square, scriber or marker, clamps, angle grinder, drills and taps, metal files or deburring tools, a power drill or drill press, MIG welder, workbench, vice, hammers, bar bender, and other general hand tools. Access to a lathe is optional but helpful. Don’t forget to wear proper personal protective equipment, including gloves, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
